It’s always an exciting day when receiving a package in the mail and we understand that. It’s like Christmas morning. That is why we ask you to check the products upon delivery and make sure all products are what you ordered. If any products are faulty, incorrectly supplied or have been damaged during delivery please be aware that you need to notify us within 30 days of receiving the items so we can begin the refund process.
Please note that because our products are 100% natural and handmade, not every batch will be exactly the same. Individual batches may vary slightly in texture, colour, weight or smell. This in no way affects the quality of the product and cannot be the reason alone for a request for return. All products are made with high quality ingredients and contain the exact same formulation regardless of if the individual batch appears slightly different.

When emailing us, please attach a photo of the product, the reason for refund/exchange and proof of receipt. We will then review your case.
Keep in mind that we will only accept refunds/exchanges of products that are unused and have undamaged packaging.
After returns are received in full, we will reimburse the value of the returned products within 30 days to the original method of payment. Customers will be responsible for delivery charges unless the products are faulty, incorrectly supplied, or damaged during delivery.
